Ultimate Roofing and Construction’s team of experienced roofing professionals are among the most thoroughly trained in the industry. We value education and workmanship and believe our training should be an important factor to you, because of what your roof means to your building. Our professional roofers are constantly upgrading their skills. They receive training in the techniques associated with all different types of commercial roofing materials and systems. That training helps ensure that the hundreds of components that go into every roof system are appropriately installed in a craftsman-like manner.
Commercial Roofing Maintenance
Periodic physical inspection of an existing roofing system is beneficial to determine its current condition, detect weakness and failures, and identify any potential problems. With regularly scheduled annual or semiannual inspections, our trained technicians can help owners protect their roofing investments by seeking to identify damage in its early stages. Detecting leaks and system failures early can save time and money.
Commercial Roofing Project Management
No matter which roofing system is appropriate for your building, you will have a thorough understanding of all the considerations involved in the installation of that roof? What’s the layout of the site? How will existing structures, landscaping or traffic affect site access? We will keep you informed through every milestone to the completion of the commercial roofing project.
Types of Commercial Roofing Systems
Thermoplastic Roofing: TPO roofing systems are among the fastest growing commercial roofing systems. Made of an especially durable material with a low-temperature flexibility and a high-temperature tolerance, these roofs are exceptionally resistant to ultraviolet, ozone and chemical exposure. TPO roofs can be expected to have a lifespan of 20+ years, and also feature a high resistance to fire, punctures, chemicals and high winds.
EPDM Roofing: EPDM roofing offers superior durability and versatility, making it one of the longest lasting types of commercial roofs available. EPDM commercial roofing systems are also typically easier to install, maintain and repair than most other types of commercial roofs.
Photovoltaic Solar Panels: As energy costs continue to rise and America looks towards green and sustainable energy, many building owners are turning to solar energy roofing systems. PV solar panels installed on a rooftop or used with glass, membrane and roof-mounted tile, absorb sunlight and convert it to energy that can be used to power a building. Although not in wide use, PV panel roofs offer great potential to conserve energy and control skyrocketing costs.
Green Roofs: Perhaps of all the types of commercial roofs available today, green roofing systems have experienced the greatest surge in popularity in the last few years. Sedum green roofs are typically flat roofs that are partially or completely covered with vegetation and soil and planted over a waterproofing membrane. Green roofing systems reduce the urban heat island effect by soaking up the heat and also are found to dramatically improve a roof’s insulation value – lengthening the lifespan of the roof by as much as two to three times longer and saving on heating and cooling costs.
Others: Beyond TPO and EPDM flat roofs, modified roofing is an option, which uses redundant layers of roofing to create a durable weather-resistant surface. Similar to modified roofing, built-up roofing is a viable commercial roof choice depending on the roof’s sloop and complexity.
Commercial Roofing Inspection and Maintenance
If you think that you may be in need of any of our services, please feel free to call us for a fair and honest roofing consultation.
The roof of a building is the first line of defense against harsh wind and sometimes brutal weather we are so famous for here in Oklahoma. That makes it all more important to address any potential need for repairs sooner rather than later. Needless to say, the longer you wait to repair any damage to your roof the worse the problem will get which could eventually leave you needing a costly whole roof replacement.
Save yourself a headache and let one of our roofers come out to evaluate the situation for you and stop the potential threat right in its tracks. Sometimes a problem isn’t always as bad as it looks and a simple repair might be all that you need. Keep in mind, however, the longer you wait then the higher your chances will be a major problem.
